What you'll do
Looking for some creative things to do in London? Join this two-and-a-half-hour workshop covering hand-building techniques of pinching, coiling and slabbing and make your very own clay creation.
This introductory pottery-making workshop will guide you through the properties and possibilities of hand-building. You will learn the basic tips and tricks for crafting handmade pottery and making your own amazing vessels.
You'll be welcomed into our welcoming and friendly pottery studio and start the class with an easy-to-follow demonstration from your talented teacher. Then you'll get hands-on and create your own unique pieces and decorate their surfaces with coloured decorating slips provided. You can make something sculptural or functional and it’s entirely up to where your inner artist takes you.
Once you're done, your pieces will be fired and ready to collect at a later date.
