She advised me through every step of the process, and it brought an old mirror back to life. I still have a tiny bit more to go and received some great advice from Jacqui. The other ladies in the class were lovely and had small tables that they painted beautifully. If you want to spend a few hours doing something creative please join one of Jacquis classes.

Jacqui, the instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming, sharing so many brilliant tips. We covered everything from surface prep to finishing techniques, and I felt completely supported every step of the way. The atmosphere was relaxed and creative, the materials provided were top-notch, and I walked away with a beautifully finished piece that I’m so proud of. I highly recommend this class to both total beginners and anyone looking to level up their upcycling skills!

She was very helpful and explained all the different stages really well. There was a good selection of paint colours and it was a very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to upcycle their furniture. My old pine chair was completely transformed!

It was a surprisingly relaxing thing to do. Would love to build on the knowledge and take another course with Jacqui in the future. All round great experience and can recommend.

I loved Jaqcui’s enthusiasm for reinvigorating old furniture and her collected and encouraging way of helping you see your items potential! Jaqcui is organised and methodical and explains things very clearly. Gives you all enough attention and guidance. Loved the choices of paint colours available and quality! I’ve now got a beautiful re-purposed piece of furniture that I can’t wait to complete (left my drawers at home!) and show off to everyone! Can’t wait to attend the decoupage course in the new year! We learnt how to upcycle a piece of furniture that we all individually took. All materials were supplied and our teacher was fantastic. Teaching, showing us different techniques talking from years of experience. Definitely would recommend this course.

From the moment we started, Jacqui created such a warm, welcoming space that instantly put everyone at ease, no matter their experience or confidence level. The workshop was hands-on, well-paced, and inspiring. Jacqui guided us through each stage of the process with patience, encouragement, and a genuine passion for upcycling. She made the techniques feel accessible and fun. What really stood out to me, though, was how therapeutic the whole experience was. There was something deeply calming and grounding about getting lost in the creative process, using my hands, and transforming something old into something new. I came away with a piece I’m proud of and a real spark of creative energy. I’d highly recommend this workshop to anyone—whether you're looking to learn something new, express yourself, or just take some time for you. Thank you, Jacqui!
