What you'll do
Cook a steak to perfection and have a go at swordfish seafood bbq in this amazing bbq cooking class. Your teacher will show you how to use your BBQ to infuse flavour and make a tasty feast with inspiration straight from the USA.
You can become a guru of the grill with the help of BBQ master, Ben. He will teach you how to make some tasty food for all occasions as well as the best ways to use your spice mixes in your cooking kit.
No overdone or chewy food in this cooking class! You will learn how to keep your meat juicy and add some flavour to veggies to make them taste amazing. It's a great way to learn some new skills on the barbie.
Everyone can enjoy some American BBQ. Beginners to seasoned chefs are welcome, and all can learn something new.
