Hi, I’m Michela, a certified Laughter Yoga Leader since 2019, and I’m passionate about sharing the powerful, healing benefits of laughter with people from all walks of life.
I first discovered laughter yoga after experiencing burnout in a high-pressure job. One class changed everything, it helped me reconnect with joy, let go of stress, and feel alive again. I knew right then I wanted to share it with others, so I trained as a leader. At first, I offered free sessions while working full-time, simply because I believed so deeply in its benefits.
Then, in 2020, laughter yoga supported me again during another life-changing moment, giving birth to my first child, alone, during the height of the pandemic in London. I used laughter techniques to manage contraction pain and stay calm. When I arrived at the hospital laughing, the midwife said she'd never seen anything like it in 20 years. That’s the magic of laughter yoga; it helps you cope with even the most intense moments of life.
Since 2023, I’ve been running laughter yoga sessions professionally for corporate groups, private events, and wellness communities. Whether online or in person, my sessions are inclusive, uplifting, and a little bit unexpected!
