Step away from the everyday and into a slower, more intentional space. This isn't a typical "make your own perfume" class — it's a guided aromatherapy session designed around you: your current mood, energy levels and what your body needs right now.
Led by Valerie, an IFA-certified aromatherapist with 15 years of experience and thousands of one-to-one blending consultations, you'll begin with a short breathing and scent-awareness exercise to help you tune into what you're really craving — calm, focus, comfort, or something else entirely.
From there, you'll work with pure therapeutic-grade essential oils to create:
A 10ml roller blend — your personal "emotional reset, " designed to carry with you and use throughout the day
A 30ml body oil — a soothing evening ritual oil, to help you unwind and reconnect with your body
Unlike a typical scent-making experience, every blend here is built around aromatherapy principles, not just fragrance preference — so you'll leave not just with two bottles, You'll learn the distinct healing benefits of each essential oil, discovering how to combine them scientifically for targeted emotional and physical support.
The class takes place in a beautiful, handpicked studio within London Zones 1–3. To ensure the space perfectly complements our mindful group size, the exact venue address and joining instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before the workshop.
