This was a private group session held at my friends house which made it very cozy and intimate. Juliette, our facilitator, was so so lovely and very knowledgable, she explained the different types of essential oils and crystals, their benefits and we even learnt about the different essential oil extraction methods that exist. All the materials were provided so it was super good value for money. The workshop was very interactive, we did a beautiful meditation and then created our own pulse roll oil based on the oils and crystals that best aligned with our intentions! It was a fantastic experience that anyone can do for themselves, with a group of friends or even to give to someone as a gift. I still use my roll on almost every day and I love that it reminds me of my intention :) Would definitely recommend this workshop! + more
