Hi! I’m Anna, an abstract artist and the co-founder of Clavis Mentis, an independent creative brand.My journey into abstract painting didn't start with a desire to master perfect classical techniques. It started as a way to ground myself and find focus amidst the chaos of life. Relocating to the UK from Ukraine taught me that sometimes we just need a quiet, pressure-free space to disconnect from the noise and let our minds rest. That realization is the foundation of everything I do.I absolutely love guiding these sessions because I get to witness the exact moment a person drops their shoulders, stops worrying about making a "mistake, " and simply starts playing with colors.Something unique about my approach? I actually graduated from Art School in Ukraine before going on to study Construction Engineering, and I am currently preparing for a Master's in Neuroscience! This blend of structure and brain science deeply informs my art practice. I use curated visual moodboards to help you find your aesthetic and get started without the intimidation of a blank canvas.Through Clavis Mentis, my sister and I have created and published multiple hand-drawn, analog-only creative tools (strictly no AI!) that help people unlock their imagination. I don’t teach you how to paint a perfect landscape. Instead, I guide you on how to unwind, explore your intuition, and create an abstract piece that is completely unique to your current vibe.I can’t wait to paint and relax with you!
