Dynamic classes combine yoga with other movement and flow like a dance. Uplifting music gets you energised to explore different ways of doing the same thing and getting the best out of your body, from soft wiggles to strong handstands.

Restorative Flow classes help soothe your nervous system and ease you down into a blissful state of deep rest.

Taught be former osteopath Amy Slevin who performs as a handstand artist and event host, and is a qualified life coach, helping people to navigate their mental and emotional stress. Whatever she does, she sprinkles it with fun.
