I started cooking at 8, following my mom's while she was preparing some of the most exquisite dishes you can imagine. At 12 I was already making homemade pasta and baking daily for the entire family. Eventually, I decided to become an Investment "Banker" working in the city of London. This job while exciting in its own right could not give me the satisfaction provided by the creativity experience felt in a kitchen while making a unique dish from scratch. I went back to cooking when my daughter was small as I wanted her to eat healthy (both following standard recipes and creating my own when these had too much sugar, butter, and/or oil). I decided that I wanted to pass on the passion I have for cooking and what better way to do it than teaching it???
