Just before the pandemic I went on a beach clean event and it really hit home the importance of communities coming together to bring positive change. Not only is beach cleaning great for the environment, it's brilliant for mental health, it helps you to connect with nature and honestly brings so much joy. This inspired me to create Washed Up Cards, a social enterprise that aims to promote wellness through group beach cleans and workshops to create products from the plastic and rubbish we collect.We sell handmade cards decorated with plastic we collect that help spread a message of goodwill, hope and care for the planet we live in.We can't all do everything, but Washed Up Cards helps you discover the little things you can do to make the world a slightly better place.
