No dairy, no eggs? No problem! Learn loads of great cooking skills and tasty recipes in this full-day vegan cooking class.
You'll be guided from start to finish by our supportive vegan chefs. They will introduce you to some wonderful vegan ingredients and will take you on a journey as you begin to master both vegan baking and vegan cooking.
To kick things off, you'll spend the morning getting to grips with cooking without dairy as you discover a whole range of healthy, colourful and vibrant ingredients. The afternoon will then focus on vegan baking as you explore chocolate nutty cookies and sticky toffee puddings.
This delicious culinary experience is for everyone and we'll answer all your vegan questions as you learn some cooking techniques. Working with our experienced teachers, you will leave with a sense of accomplishment and more importantly, your own vegan dishes to impress your family and friends.

In the morning session, you will typically learn to cook two of the following:
- Roasted vegetable plait.
- Stuffed wine leaves.
- Quinoa and chickpeas salad.
- Vegan Parmesan.
- Black beans brownies.
- Courgette curry.
- Cashew and vanilla cream.
The afternoon baking sessions typically include making 2 of the following:**
- Chef’s favourite vegan loaf cake recipe.
- Lemon drizzle cake.
- Chocolate cake and brownies.
- Sticky toffee pudding.
- Various types of cookies and cupcakes.
- All facilities, equipment and ingredients are included.
- Refreshments including a complimentary glass of wine and soft drinks throughout the class.
- Your homemade food to eat in the kitchen or take home and share.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes as there may be a lot of standing in your session.
- Long hair should be tied back for food hygiene reasons.
- Please bring your own containers to take your food home with you.
