My name is Krishna & I am the founder of Unshakable Resilience. I studied Psychology at university, spent 25+ years in corporate settings in the field of wellbeing, leadership and coaching and found myself struggling with anxiety, early on in my life. That was the beginning of my journey to heal through Yoga. For a long time, I was searching for something deeper. On the outside, everything could look “fine, ” but inside there was a sense of disconnection, of wanting a greater level of meaning, clarity, & purpose. That search is what led me to yoga, breathwork, and deep inner work.
Through these practices, I began to reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t experienced before finding calm in the chaos, clarity in the noise, and a deeper sense of inner emotional strength. It wasn’t just about feeling better in the moment… it was about real, lasting transformation. And I knew I wanted to share that with others.
Today, I teach from a place of lived experience & have had comprehensive training completing 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (British Wheel of Yoga) and 50 hours of Yin, followed by being trained by the world's number 1 breathwork school, SOMA breath. I am also a Mindset coach and work with clients on Mindset, Manifestation and Embodiment to create a life of wellness and discover joy.
My approach is rooted in three pillars: Pause, Power, Presence.
Pause - to slow down and create space.
Power- to reconnect with your inner strength.
Presence -to fully come home to yourself & find the joy in micro moments of life.
I love teaching because I get to witness real transformation. There’s something incredibly powerful about seeing someone arrive feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more themselves. Those moments are why I do this work.
Something people often find interesting is how deeply immersive my sessions are. I weave together practices like yoga, Soma Breath, meditation, and tools that bring about the emotional and mental strength for real connection and release.
Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of people through classes, workshops, and retreats. My Awakening Day Retreats have consistently sold out, creating safe and supportive spaces where people can truly let go, reset, and reconnect. I’ve also worked in leadership environments, supporting wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
I’m trained in yoga, breathwork, and transformational practices, and everything I share is grounded in both my training and my own journey.
