Kharmen was again a great tutor. The content was more challenging for me but I was pleased with my painting. Its a good evening either on your own or with friends as everyone is so friendly. Very helpful and everything was really well organised. The boxes to take home and grout afterwards are good too, even gloves to use to stop your hands getting messy. :-) The creative side is well catered for too. They have lots of bead and glass tile size and colour options. There are pattern sheets as well so you get a lot of help with ideas. One of our group couldn’t make it at short notice so they gave us a ‘do-it-at-home’ kit for her to use, which they absolutely didn’t have to do. Great way to get an intro to mosaics. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend it. + more

I booked a private course for me and my son who has developed an interest in the craft. The teacher took the time to really get into detail about how and why things are done and was incredibly encouraging to my sons ambitions. Lots of candid tips and ideas for setting up his own kit to keep honing his skills. Friendly informal and at our pace. Will definitely look to book again for other courses and skills. + more

Charlie was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better teacher. I covered as much as possible in my allocated 1 to 1 class, including things that weren’t normally covered with the beginner course.Charlie was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better teacher. Charlie was extremely helpful and supremely knowledgeable. He broke the technique down and was very patient. I will definitely book further workshops. Photo of my very first piece of crochet attached.
