Create a garden in glass together in this relaxed terrarium workshop for two with Wylde Nature. You'll work as a pair to design and build one beautiful open terrarium using plants, moss, stone, and natural materials – a shared creative experience where you'll collaborate on a single generous planted composition rather than each making a separate piece. It's a gentle, tactile way to spend time with someone whilst making something calming and full of life.
Guided by experienced plant and nature craft tutors, you'll learn how to layer your terrarium correctly, position plants for balance and long-term health, and create a planted landscape that feels natural and considered. There's no previous plant knowledge or craft experience needed – just a willingness to slow down and notice the details as you work. You'll choose your plants together, arrange the landscape, and discover how to care for your creation at home.
Whether you come as a couple, with a friend, a sibling, a family member, or an adult and child, this workshop is about reconnecting through the simple act of making something together with living materials. By the end, you'll take home your finished terrarium – a keepsake that'll grow and change in your home – along with simple care advice to help it settle in and thrive.

Is this class suitable for kids?
You are more than welcome to bring your child as one of the two participants for this class, but we do recommend they are 10+ years of age. If you have a little nature lover that might find this class difficult, please have a look at our Wylde Kid Nature Classes!
