Do you need a space to teach an art, craft, music or wellbeing class? Or perhaps you’d like to hold an exhibition, or you’ve thought about setting up your own shop but you don’t want to commit to a long-term lease. We’re delighted to offer you a space that you can hire short term, to showcase and share your expertise and wares with your customers!Studio 164 is a creative space for community classes, workshops, exhibitions, meet-ups, pop-ups, and more. It’s available to hire – perfect for evening, half-day, one-day or multi-day/week workshops, events, or collaborations. It has a small kitchen with unlimited tea and coffee as part of the hire, plus a toilet.If you're holding an art or craft class, we recommend no more than 12 attendees if you're using tables and chairs. If you're looking to set it up theatre style for a talk, you'll fit about 16-20 attendees. We have 16 stackable chairs and 8 stools available.We have mosaic and glass cutting tools, plus a glass kiln, available to hire too.All tables can be folded up and chairs stacked in the kitchen if you need a clear space for your event.Get in touch to find out more or arrange a visit.
