  • For absolute beginners: You'll start with the fundamentals of hand sewing, including how to assemble your own essential home mending kit.
  • For improvers/advanced beginners: You'll get to grips with more complex techniques, including the art of machine mending.

  • For Absolute Beginners: We start with the fundamentals of hand sewing skills and guide you in putting together your own basic home mending kit.
  • For Improvers/Advanced Beginners: We'll dive into more complex machine mending and garment adjustment techniques.

  • Basic Stitch Skills (The foundation of all repairs!)
  • Darning (Bringing life back to holes and worn areas)
  • Button Changing (A simple skill that makes a huge difference)
  • Hemming (Perfecting length and style)
  • Changing Zippers / Elastic (Mastering the hardware for continued wear)
Bring Your Project (or we'll Supply the upcycled fabric)
Upcycle Focus: Bring a garment (or a few!) you would love to work on, mend, or adjust. Let's revive it together!
Skill Development: If you prefer to simply practice and develop your skills without a specific project in mind, we are happy to supply fabric for your exercises.
