Turning 40 was my line in the sand. I had this dream of leasing my own vines, but I quickly realized I didn't know nearly enough about regional terroir to make it work.

I signed up for a WSET course just to bridge that gap, and ended up falling completely, irreversibly in love with the world of wine.

Earning my WSET Level 3 in Wine was a total game changer. It gave me a passport behind the scenes of vineyards across the globe, where I could get properly geeky about the precision, chemistry, and pure artistry that goes into every single bottle.

Teaching has been a core part of my life for over two decades. I've spent years working in established London colleges and schools, as well as leading and developing teams.

Bringing those two decades of classroom experience together with my passion for wine felt like the most natural next step.

A Behind-the-Scenes Pass: Wine making is a craft of extreme precision. I love peeling back the layers to demystify viticulture and vinification, turning complex subjects into accessible, fascinating stories.

A Qualified Coaching Approach: Alongside my wine credentials, I am a certified coach. That background helps me create an easygoing, supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, and connecting with each other.

Whether we are stepping through a structured tasting or running a corporate team event, my goal is simple: to take away the snobbery and share the genuine joy of wine. It can feel a bit intimidating from the outside, but with the right guide, it becomes an engaging, enjoyable journey. I bring twenty years of hands on teaching experience, a deep love for the craft, and a warm, down to earth space where everyone can learn, taste, and enjoy themselves.
