This family-run business are big believers in the importance of teamwork and have designed the perfect experience for you and your hardworking crew!In this class, your team will be introduced to the ancient art form of sgraffito - a technique that involves etching designs onto surfaces to reveal underlying layers. Unearth their creativity, experiment with intricate designs and have fun creating a masterpiece side by side.Between two to three hours, each team member will get to bring their collective vision to life on the clay canvas. Strengthen bonds and bring our their crafty side as you laugh and socialise with colleagues. If you're on the hunt for a unique team-building activity in Wakefield, this out-of-the-box idea is just the ticket.Accessibility:The studio can accommodate wheelchairs and pushchairs but the door is not automatic so please knock and we can open that for you. Unfortunately, our toilet is not wheelchair accessible, however, The Ridings has a fully equipped toilet which is just opposite the studio.

Nestled away in the lower mall of The Ridings Shopping centre we have created the perfect pottery place. From clay hand building workshops to the pottery wheel experiences or beginners courses in ceramics, parties or corporate events our clay studio has it all including 10 pottery wheels!But that's not all we can offer.. our fantastic onsite cafe has a wide range of pottery available for painting (and yes we even make some of the ceramic bisque onsite too). The cafe also serves delicious food such as afternoon tea, Deli sandwiches and Freshly made Pizzas.
