A really enjoyable class and I was really pleased with my sugar rose. Teacher was very helpful.

I really enjoyed the class but it was very quick paced and I fell behind on a few occasions. I would suggest extending the class by half hour. I missed one of the techniques which I found disappointing. Also provide a full list of items needed for the class. There was a mad dash around the kitchen to get the extra tools I needed.
