This was a lovely workshop: great value for the goods provided in the wonderful Hobbycraft box and our crafter, Lauren, was fabulous. She came with some she had made previously and gave us inspiration to get started.

Only criticism was it would have been better to be a bit longer - 90 mins like other workshops rather than the 60 mins allotted which went far too quickly!

Our workshop leader was Hannah who was lovely: welcoming and patient. She was really happy to go at each persons pace snd repeat as each person was ready or asking for advice - there were 8 on our workshop.
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, I went with three friends but it was lovely chatting to others too - also hearing about other workshops they had attended.
It was a good value pack and Hannah also provided some additional paints for us to use during the class which was brilliant. The brush lettering itself is quite difficult, everyone felt the thin lines more difficult and I think more practice is required at home before putting pen to ceramic. The pens are maybe too thick for the size of the objects we were writing on, especially for beginners.
We overran which Hannah was fine with and didn’t make us feel we had to go after the hour but I feel an hour is too short.
I’d recommend the class and I look forward to attending more in the future. Thank you Hannah!
