11 and 9 year old children enjoyed participating with the haunted house workshop today.

The workshop lasted an hour. Teacher was very good at explaining what to do and provided all the materials needed.

Unfortunately one child didn't finish in time but we were able to buy the same tissue paper used in the workshop to complete at home.

The hobbycraft workshops are great value for money.

The workshop was good fun. We have been to a few workshops at Hobbycraft so we know we are going to have a great time at each new workshop.

The teacher was knowledgeable and explained how to create the peg dolls to the children. I would say though that 30 minutes is not long enough for this workshop. We were there an hour and we only made 1 king and 1 guard each, I think it is advertised as 2 guards? so if they were making the additional peg also then more time would have been needed. Some of the felt tip pens that the children were using weren't great so that may have been the reason that it took much longer than is expected to create the dolls as they had to keep going over what they had already coloured in.

All in all it was good fun, teacher was great and my daughter and her friend had a fantastic time. We look forward to booking more workshops in the future!
