Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of main questions that they were able to go through and help me with straight away and then we had a general chat about the Cricut machine and they gave me lots of useful hints and tips particularly on maintenance of the machine. Much easier than trying to work out problems using a video.

Very friendly and knowledgeable teacher who showed us all the basics and was able to answer (and demonstrate) all our questions. I arrived feeling nervous on even get my cricut out the box but left itching to start playing with it!
