This is our second one to one with Sarah Jane and she was brillaint.

Very friendly and full of knowledge about all the aspects of Cricut (specifically targeted at design space and Iron on Vinyl this time at our request).

I went to store today feeling lost about the things that were not going right in my projects, and left feeling alot more hopeful and with new knowledge as well as things to try and groups to join that I didn't know of beforehand! I hope after this session, going forward I can implement the changes and get better results! Thank you Sarah Jane :)

Sarah-Jane was lovely and made the most of the time we had, despite a short staffed shop floor. We got loads of information, a lot to take in, but all important and lead to us feeling a lot more comfortable with the machine! Also seemed very supportive in the learning journey for the future!
