I had had problems booking the sewing course one to one, went into Biggleswade and spoke to Niall who checked when he was free and I booked there and then he then very kindly accepted my dates and we went in Fir our course. Again he was brilliant patient and spent a lot of time showing my daughter how to use her machine. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you
