A really great class and I learnt lots to go and try the techniques out by myself. The workshop was led by Millie who was lovely and really knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions. I have never done any drawing before and finished with a bunny I was proud of.

Starting with the good points: the kit itself was lovely containing all the bits you need to make a pretty wreath.
However, the member of staff running the workshop was not good. She was reading off the instructions and seemed confused by them at times. When we would ask her questions to clarify something she would just say she didn’t know. It was clear she had never done the workshop before or even read through the instructions ahead of time. In previous workshops, the staff member has been going around each individual helping and supporting but this one only seemed interested in making her own wreath. 3 out of 4 of us doing the workshop said we’d never used a glue gun before, yet she still gave no directions on using it. It wasn’t until one stopped working and we asked why that she said we should have been refilling them at a certain point. We ended up just helping each other muddle through.
Overall we could have got the same result from having the kit and instructions and just doing it ourselves. Possibly better as the instructions looked more detailed than the information she was giving us.
