Such a great experience, I went with my sister and a friend of ours for her birthday celebration and we had such a good time. I have been trying unsuccessfully to make poached eggs and came away from this class knowing how to make one now! The teacher, Richard gives really good instructions and checks up on you throughout the process to make sure you know and understand what you're doing. The bottomless bellinis were also a great bonus and its just such a fun way to spend your morning.

It was a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. I especially appreciated being taught how to make pasta the "quick" way which makes it more practical to take away and apply at home.
