I thought the Artisan Holly was lovely and friendly. She came across very knowledgable and answered all my questions very patiently. My only point for improvement would be that there were some occasions when Holly had the screen on her camera on the desk and she would use her hands a lot when expressing herself which was a bit distracting lol. Other artisans will switch to their face camera when they’re talking/making a point about something and not actually constructing something which just makes it more easier to follow - hope that makes sense

Show at the start of the workshop what the intended items are to be made so we can visualise what we’re making. Also provide a slideshow of a list of all the things needed for the upcoming session whilst we wait for the session to start (on the page which says Hobbycraft Workshop) so that we can get our equipment out beforehand.

Really worthwhile workshop - felt Rachel answered all my burning questions and went through Design Space in a systematic and uncomplicated way! Definitely worth the money.
