This is my second visit to Simon and Hanna's class. I really learnt a lot during this lesson and am looking forward to recreating this dish in my home.

I learnt a great deal on my dumpling and bubble tea course. It was a great combination to choose together. I was very impressed with all the folklore and history attached to the dumpling lesson and also current developments in Taiwan the home of bubble tea. Well worth taking, I have made great friends with Simon and Hanna under their clear instructions and care. I feel confident to make my own dumplings and bubble tea in the near future.

I did this class with the Bubble Tea class. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and learnt such a lot. Very welcoming and answered all my questions. Lots of folklore and history included.
