Really close venue for me. Great. Nice and airy and pleasant staff. Amanda encouraging as usual. A tricky picture to get the proportions right. Will still fiddle and try and rectify at home.

Excellent hospitality- both hosts welcomed us and chatted several times during the evening. Venue was attractive but difficult for host to circulate around us all. Techniques were well explained.
Easy to follow instructions. Pace was good and the end was relaxed so if we wanted to continue after 9:30 or leave, either was acceptable. Just a shame it isn’t closer to where we live. My partner only came to keep me company for the long journey back late at night but is now tempted to sign up for a class for himself! For someone who has been practically a hermit for the last 3 years, that is a serious win! Thank you to both.

Not one of my best results. Struggled with the tail. Will add some more when I have time.

Much better with football and pub music separated at the far end of the pub rather than right next to us. Found this one of the 5 I have done much harder and confused by the tone of brown I was being asked to use. Pleasing end result though.

This is my fourth paint and sip and I think my best results. Very friendly couple. Relaxed and no pressure so very encouraging. The only difficulty I had was with the music which was meant to provide a relaxed atmosphere but was competing with the pub’s own music and we were in an end section of the pub, not a closed off room. Then there was a load television with a football match. I was at the farthest back and closest to closest to the rest of the pub so probably had the worst position. Never the less, I was able to hear the instructions and was pleased with my end result.

Liked the sound track as well - not obtrusive but a good collection of music from my era.
Still frustrated about my own failings in talent but learning some new painting techniques and hopefully will improve each time.
