From the start, Chrissie fully understood the project I was trying to do (make stickers with my maker). She was really welcoming and made me feel at ease. She also joined in on the excitement when it worked! As well as actually making the stickers and thoroughly explaining the process (step-by-step), Chrissie also shared some more tips for using Design Space. She was happy to share her screen, and to see my screen, which definitely helped during this 1:1. Chrissie went at my pace; going back over steps if she needed to, and giving me time to make notes. I'm already excited about finding a new project I can do with Chrissie. I would highly recommend these 1:1 sessions, particularly like me, if you have specific questions.

From start to finish, Chrissie had the right balance of being professional yet approachable and friendly. She knew I was nervous to use infusible ink, but kept reassuring me at every stage. I will definitely be booking another session with Chrissie when I come across something new to try or if I'm finding something difficult to grasp within the cricut world. I now feel more confident to have a go at using infusible ink sheets on my own.
