That’s how Say Matcha was born.For me, teaching isn’t just about showing people how to use a bamboo whisk; it’s about connection. I love watching the exact moment someone tastes a perfectly prepared strawberry or ube matcha latte for the first time and realizes just how vibrant and delicious it can be. In our workshops, I get to strip away the intimidation of traditional tea ceremonies and make it interactive, playful, and deeply relaxing.
