Fancy a day away in beautiful Richmond upon Thames?Richmond is a quaint, historic riverside town only 30 minutes from London—famous as the “home” of Ted Lasso and beloved for its sweeping parks, timeless pubs and gentle river life. It’s the perfect place to exhale. Imagine starting your day wrapped in nature’s calm and ending it with a cosy meal in one of the wonderful riverside restaurants or historic pubs. What is Soulwalking?Creators of Soulwalk, Andrew Cuerden and Carmen Rendell (qualified & experienced Therapeutic / Somatic Coaches) weave together the naturally healing practice of walking with the skilfully guided psycho-somatic (mind-body) exercises that help calm the nervous system. As we wander through Richmond’s woods, river paths and open spaces, you’re gently invited into simple embodied practices: slower breathing, deeper sensing, moving with intention, softening into feeling, and speaking honestly from the heart.Nothing is forced. Everything unfolds at a pace your mind and body can trust. These walks create a gradual shift...into presence, compassion and a felt sense of authentic belonging… to yourself, to others, and to the living world around you.Held with care.A Soulwalk is as much about how we walk as where we walk. Your guides hold a space that is safe, warm and deeply human. Think of it as a moving sanctuary—a kind of walking Sangha, a supportive circle in nature, without rigid rules or formal therapy. It is not the distance that matters, but the depth of connection. There is no giving of professional advice. Instead, it’s a gently guided social support experience where the mind, heart and soul are welcome to speak, rest, and be understood.Small, spacious groupsTo keep things personal and nourishing, Soulwalks are limited to 12 people per leader. We usually begin at 11am and wander 3 to 5 kilometres at a soft, steady pace. It’s never about distance. It’s about connection… the kind that unfolds naturally when nobody is rushing.Community, creativity and inspirationAt Soulhub we care deeply about uplifting others. Some of our walks are themed, offering local people the chance to share their wisdom or passions...whether that’s foraging, herbalism, botany, gardening, music, art, dance, storytelling, or simply a life journey worth hearing. These moments enrich the walk and remind us how much beauty lives in community.Private and Corporate SoulwalksFor those wanting a deeper and more personal experience. Private Soulwalks offer Therapeutic Coaching, a chance to ground in nature and explore more deeply how to see and evolve out of unconscious beliefs, patterns and programs that no longer serve you. We also offer Corporate Soulwalk sessions (up to 4 hours) for teams seeking more meaningful ways of communicating, collaborating and cultivating trust.Private & Corporate bookings are subject to higher rates but also couple/group discounts. Please contact us for a bespoke packages and pricing. We can then send you a relevant booking link via ClassBento. The heart of SoulwalkingOur intention is to create experiences that support:
A deeper understanding of ourselves and one another.
Greater mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.
A renewed connection with, and appreciation for, the natural world.
Soulwalking invites you into a slower rhythm...one where life softens, insights surface, and you remember the quiet steadiness that has always lived beneath the noise. It's not the distance that matters but the depth of connection.

Our story is one of soulful serendipity, integration and love. For Soulhub founder, Carmen Rendell, it started in April of 2016. Carmen had come from a sporting and corporate career in marketing and comms. However she had found herself disillusioned by corporate culture and decided to re-qualify as a psychotherapist. However she missed the team aspects that she had enjoyed in her sporting and corporate days so began creating a community of people dedicated to therapeutic and self-development practices. Hence the birth of Soulhub Ltd. For Co-director of Soulhub, Andrew Cuerden it began with a life-long dedication to partner dancing, yoga, personal development coaching and healing. As well a "chance" meeting of a fellow South African at Richmond polling station that had been to the same high school as him in South Africa as well as many other serendipitous situations. Through this fellow "Saffa" Andrew and Carmen met in March 2020, 1 week before Lockdown. Andrew began offering online dance classes for Soulhub during the pandemic. But before too long they became life partners and co-directors of Soulhub Ltd. They share a vision of healing people and planet by bridging worlds through creating spaces, services and events that the heart knows and the soul craves. Soulhub is a wellbeing consultancy and community that partner with a variety of individuals and organisations that deliver ethical and sustainable wellbeing solutions for all.
