My creative journey began through working with natural oils and solid aromas as a way to slow down, reconnect and create meaningful self-care rituals. What started as a personal practice soon became a passion for sharing sensory experiences that nurture wellbeing and presence.

I love teaching because it allows me to create calm, welcoming spaces where people can switch off, explore scent, texture and intention, and enjoy the process without pressure. My workshops focus on connection with yourself, your senses and the moment.

Through solid perfumes, oils and carefully chosen aromas, I guide participants to create something personal, grounding and truly theirs. No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and the desire to experience creativity in a gentle, mindful way.
