In our fantastic new quilling class, you will be making a series of three colourful quilled flower pieces inspired by gorgeous blooms.
You will choose your own colour scheme and paint your frames. While they're drying, you'll learn the basic techniques of this ancient craft and design your own set of floral-inspired paper quills.
There's so much variation in colours and flower shapes to trigger your imagination. It's sure to brighten up your Sunday afternoon.
We’re passionate about craft but being able to make things you’d actually be proud to show off in your home or give as a gift. We also try to offer a range of activities that are a bit different, away from the norm but still being accessible for any level of craft skill.
Common Room is run by Vicky & Ella. Vicky is a teacher by day but also runs a perinatal mental health support group and is passionate about positive mental health. Ella has a creative background in photography and interior design and also runs her own business Ella's Garden. They've got a mutual love of craft and so decided to combine their skills and set up Common Room to facilitate other people to make and create.
