What you'll do
On the hunt for unique gift experiences for the nature lover in your life? Swap a bouquet for a flower-filled workshop full of top tips for making arrangements, caring for the blooms and beautiful floral design ideas.
Come and visit your friendly teacher in their beautiful cottage in Shropshire for a private class all about flower arranging. You'll have all the equipment and materials you need plus a few tasty refreshments like tea, coffee and homemade cake.
Step into the beautiful garden (weather permitting) and enjoy a guided tour through the magic of floristry. Your teacher will discuss different choices with you and flower design opportunities to make this a bespoke experience.
Date and times available are 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Your teacher
My flower journey began over 40 years ago when I worked as a Saturday girl in a local flower shop; I loved the fact that every day in a flower shop was different and the creative side of making a variety of flower designs for different occasions.
I completed a number of floristry qualifications and became a British Master Florist in 2008. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to have made numerous flower designs for special events including helping with the flowers for the eight world leaders at the G8 Summit in a Shropshire Stately home and decorating a Princes Yacht with flowers in Gibraltar.
I enjoy sharing flower skills and have been teaching floristry and flower arranging over twenty years now, sixteen of these at local further education colleges.
