Your teacher
Since I started dancing classes 1987, I have been hooked and have been partner dancing, in all its forms, ever since. It has taken me all over the world and with life has developed me in more ways than I describe.I have trained, performed, competed and judged internationally, achieving top 24th place in the World Latin American Dance rankings in 2006. I have also been a BBC Strictly Come Dancing Professional back in 2005. Dancing with actress Jaye Jacobs from Holby City. It has been an incredibly challenging yet richly rewarding life. I have had my fair share of injuries, illnesses, broken hearts, mental health issues etc etc. But I am glad to say it has only made me wiser and stronger. Since embarking on this intensive healing journey I have informally trained in a variety of holistic wellbeing modalities including yoga and therapeutic dance and life coaching. My work is intuitive and creative yet structured and sensitive to detail. I care deeply about making people feel safe, confident and appreciated so that they can be themselves. All of which forms the foundation for my businesses Dance Savoir Faire Ltd and joint business Soulhub Ltd, with partner Carmen Rendell. Both companies aiming to facilitate self development, social confidence, cohesion and overall wellbeing for people and planet. It is now my pleasure to help people find their own "feet, balance and rhythm" in life. I am a licentiate qualified teacher of ISTD, IDTA and a current member of the National Teachers Of Dancing.I am also a qualified Yoga & Meditation instructor. Safeguard trained.I have full public liability insurance and clean, up to date DBS Check.
