I'm Laura, I've been a nail technician and nail artist since 2019 with experience in salons, corporate spaces and as a freelancer.

I studied Fashion Design and Styling at uni, and worked in this field for 8 years before deciding to learn a new skill. I had observed the world of manicures and nail art from a distance, and in 2019 applied to study at a salon in Shoreditch that was renowned for its nail artistry.

I was offered a job after my course finished, and eventually set up my own business as a freelance nail artist. I have been the resident manicurist at the Estée Lauder HQ for the last 4 years and have my own private clients at home.

I love helping women to care for themselves, and although a manicure might sound like a small thing, it genuinely eases tension and can bring so much joy to people's everyday lives. Nail art is such a fun way to express who you are in different seasons and at different occasions. For beginners doing their own nails at home or for qualified nail techs in a salon, being able to do nail art is a great addition to your skillset!
