Through gentle meditation, reflective journaling, and intuitive painting, you'll create space for whatever wants to emerge – whether that's unexpected emotions, surprising colours, or simply a moment of calm in your day.Your teacher will guide you through each stage of the journey, creating a warm, supportive environment where there are no right answers and nothing to get wrong. This isn't about learning techniques or painting a particular subject – it's about giving yourself permission to create freely, away from pressure and expectation.During our two hours together, you'll:

• Arrive and ground yourself with gentle music
• Move through a guided meditation
• Explore reflective journaling prompts designed to help you turn inward
• Paint intuitively on a 30 × 30 cm canvas
• Create without judgment or the pressure to make something "perfect"
• End with optional sharing and reflection
