Pain Brain Recovery is a London-based physiotherapy and wellbeing brand dedicated to helping people understand their pain, improve their movement and reconnect with their bodies through evidence-based physiotherapy, pain neuroscience education and physio-led wellbeing classes.

About Your Instructor

All classes and services are led by Urvisha Lunagariya MSc, BSc Hons, MCSP, a Senior Spine Specialist Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience in NHS and private practice settings.

Urvisha holds an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy and is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP). She specialises in spine health, chronic pain and movement rehabilitation and is passionate about making expert physiotherapy knowledge accessible to everyone in the community.

What We Offer

1. Physio-Led Spine Mobility & Resistance Band Classes

Gentle, evidence-based movement classes targeting neck pain, back pain, stiffness and poor posture. Using resistance bands and guided spinal mobility exercises, these sessions help you improve your range of motion, strengthen postural muscles and move with more ease and confidence. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

2. From Tension to Calm: Mind & Body Reconnection Events

A unique 60-minute experience combining physiotherapy and wellbeing, exploring how stress and emotions show up physically in the body. Through guided movement, spinal mobility exercises, breathing techniques and relaxation practices this session helps you release physical and emotional tension from the inside out. Run in collaboration with MBS Counselling & Wellbeing.

3. Whole Body Mobility & Flexibility Classes

A full body movement session using resistance bands and guided exercises to improve flexibility, range of motion and body awareness. Perfect for desk workers, beginners and anyone feeling tight, restricted or stiff in their everyday movement.

Pain Brain Recovery delivers classes and events across Greater London. Current venues include Harrow Art Centre, Base Studio Vauxhall, Finsbury Park and community spaces across London. Home visit physiotherapy is also available across Northolt, Wembley, South Harrow and Harrow.

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. They are not suitable for those with recent surgery, acute injury or severe/worsening pain. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure.
