Join a Hobbycraft Colleague in store for a One-to-one and ask any questions you have about crochet. Stuck on a project? Need help with understanding a pattern? Trying to get to grips with a new stitch? Our craft expert will share tips and techniques tailored to you.
This is suitable for crocheters looking for that next step on from our Beginners' Workshops, providing the opportunity to get all the answers you need. It’s a great way to gain confidence with your craft, troubleshoot any problems you’re having with your current project in an easy, direct way or learn about stitches you’re not as confident with yet.
During the booking process, you’ll have the opportunity to let your Artisan know what you would like to focus on during the session. They’ll be able to prepare for a personalised workshop that answers all of your questions.
You’re sure to walk away a crochet pro, ready to take your designs to a new level!
Bring a friend: You can now use the £5 add-on feature at checkout to invite a friend along with you, whether you’re working on a project together or you’d simply prefer having some company during the session. Your friend can enjoy any demonstrations given, and they are free to ask questions, but they will not receive the same practical, direct one-to-one support as is offered to the lead participant.

We were all complete beginners and Emily was so kind and considerate taking the time to thoroughly explain each step and giving each of us individual help. Her praise and encouragement for the children was much appreciated. The 6 year old found it difficult in the session so Emily gave her drawing materials to design the Easter hat that we were planning to buy materials for later. However when we got home she was able to crochet the first stage which she was very happy about. My 9 year old is now very enthusiastic and we are coming back to Hobby Craft today to buy more wool in different colours! They are both keen to do more workshops at Hobby Craft so a big thank you to Emily.
