Indulge in the art of pastry making this Mother’s Day with our mini French tarts baking workshop in London, a refined experience designed for those with a sophisticated palate. To make the celebration even more special, all mums will receive a complimentary glass of wine or bubbles on arrival: the perfect way to toast the occasion!
Spend three delightful hours creating exquisite shortcrust pastry bases and elevating them with a selection of decadent fillings. From classic fruit tarts to delicate lemon meringue and rich almond cream, the possibilities are simply irresistible. No baking experience needed, just curiosity!
What to expect:
  • Make your own shortcrust pastry dough from scratch.
  • Prepare the fonçage technique.
  • Learn to create delicious fillings including Crème Pâtissière, Lemon Curd, Almond Cream and more.
  • Decorate and beautifully finish your mini tarts.
Our lesson is vegetarian and halal friendly. All products may contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard and soya.
