With over 10 years of professional kitchen experience, I bring passion, personality, and precision to every dish I create. Inspired by my grandmother, late auntie, and mother, my journey as a chef is deeply rooted in family tradition and love for food.

I’ve had the honour of cooking for celebrities, but my true joy comes from sharing that same quality and care with everyone I cook for — and now, I’m bringing that experience to you.

Whether I’m plating a fine dining Surf & Turf (my signature dish) or teaching the secrets behind perfect seafood and steaks, I believe every dish should taste amazing and look beautiful — because presentation and flavour go hand-in-hand.
