Welcome to Mino Pottery Painting & Cafe!

Nestled in Herne Hill, Mino is where mindful creativity meets your favorite neighborhood café. We created Mino as an antidote to busy London life—a dedicated space to unplug, share a warm drink, and experience the tactile joy of stoneware and ceramic painting.

Teaching and hosting are at the core of everything we do. Ceramic painting isn’t about perfection; it’s about play, experimentation, and taking intentional time for yourself. Our sessions are designed to be completely beginner-friendly, guided by friendly hosts who show you color-blending tricks, layering techniques, and masking methods so you get results you truly love.

Seasoned hosts: We’ve guided thousands of guests—from toddlers and grandparents to corporate teams looking for meaningful team bonding away from laptop screens.

Full-service kiln care: Every item painted in our café is professionally glazed and fired right to ensure a food-safe, durable, professional finish.
