In this virtual cocktail making class, you'll learn how to make three different pornstar martinis, from your classic recipe to an experimental molecular recipe.

Your cocktail making experience begins with the 'modern' pornstar martini. This drink uses the classic recipe and techniques that you would expect to find in most bars, using flirty and fruity ingredients that pack a punch.

With the second drink, we'll get back to basics and make use of our homemade vanilla sugar which will balance out the natural tartness of fresh passionfruit. This recipe is a treat for the taste buds!

Finally, we will finish off the online class with a bang by making a rare and unique clarified pornstar martini. You will find a finished one in your cocktail kit, as the full process can be lengthy, but we'll talk you through the fun chemistry behind it (we promise science is much more fun when it's about making tasting drinks!).

Don't worry if you're a mixology newbie, this virtual class is ideal for beginners and there will be plenty of guidance, tips, tricks and taste-tests along the way.
