Experience the ultimate Italian Sunday tradition with this online pasta masterclass. You'll be guided through the art of making fresh tagliatelle from scratch using only flour and eggs. While your pasta dough rests, you'll discover the secrets of an authentic Neapolitan ragù. Drawing on ten years of experience, your teacher will show you how to achieve a deep, rich crimson sauce through the traditional 'pipiata' slow-simmering method.
During this workshop, you will:
  • Hand-knead your dough – Master the tactile process of creating the perfect pasta base.
  • Roll and cut golden ribbons – Learn to shape your tagliatelle by hand for a truly rustic feel.
  • Slow-cook a traditional sauce – Understand the patience required for a genuine Neapolitan meat sauce.
  • Pair flavours perfectly – Create a delicious marriage between your fresh pasta and the intense, meaty ragù.
This kitchen session is designed to be a relaxing break from the routine where you can switch off and focus on the joy of cooking. You'll pick up professional tips in a friendly, low-pressure environment that makes the process simple to replicate at home.
By the time the flour settles, you'll have gained the confidence to recreate a classic Italian feast for your friends and family. You'll leave with the skills to turn humble ingredients into a soul-warming meal that captures the heart of Naples.
