classes: Macrame

I’m a creative, curious and crafty person who loves working with my hands and sharing creativity as a mindful practice. I run relaxed, hands-on workshops for adults, including macramé, where the focus is as much on the process as it is on the finished piece.

Mindfulness is naturally woven into my workshops. Creating one knot or one stitch at a time helps bring you into the present moment, slow the mind, and reconnect with yourself. The experience is calm, grounding and supportive — no pressure, no rushing, just space to create.

I love guiding people into their own creative flow and making sure everyone feels supported, relaxed and confident. Participants often tell me they leave my workshops feeling deeply calm, well-rested and nourished — some even say they sleep better afterwards.

My aim is for every person to feel they’ve received real value, care and attention, and to leave not only with something handmade, but with a sense of calm they can carry with them.
