Learn how to use recycled packaging to create unique, handmade prints.

2 hours Class size 4 to 8 guests       £40 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Learn how to create beautiful handmade prints with an introduction to this fun and experimental printmaking process using recycled materials!
Tetrapak provides us with a soft, water-resistant surface into which marks can be drawn or cut with specialist tools. Over the course of two hours, you will be taught how to transfer an image and work into the Tetrapak to create an original, intaglio design. No drawing ability is required for this! You will then be shown how to ink up your print plate using specialist inks and explore different colour combinations before printing it on a small press, bringing your design to life!
Tetrapak printing is a wonderful, versatile way to make prints! This fun technique will allow you to try your hand at printmaking using a sustainable material. At the end of the session, you’ll take home your own original print, showcasing your newfound skills in this exciting art form.
All materials for the course are provided, and all you need to bring is an apron. You will be fully guided through the design process by a knowledgeable tutor, and beginners are very welcome. Embrace the experimental nature of printmaking and enjoy the freedom to express yourself through this fun activity!
