Join this fabric printing workshop and learn the centuries-old technique of Indian block printing. Using hand-carved wooden printing blocks sourced from artisans in India, you’ll explore an art form that celebrates craftsmanship, pattern, colour, and creativity.Under gentle guidance, you’ll discover beautiful motifs and designs inspired by Indian culture and nature, as well as contemporary patterns. You'll get to experiment with colours using eco-friendly fabric paints, learning how to mix them, align patterns, and create your own beautiful, unique designs on textiles. This workshop is perfect for beginners and craft enthusiasts alike – no prior experience is needed!You will have a choice of organic cotton fabrics to print on. Each piece is a blank canvas for your creativity, allowing you to design three items that are truly unique. You can choose from:
