This session has been carefully designed by teacher Sheena, a former ballerina with The Royal Ballet UK.
Sheena's experience as a performer has seen her work alongside councillors and psychologists, to develop unique and creative ways of practicing self care which helped her to reach her goals as a ballerina and choreographer. Sheena now passes on these techniques to corporate teams and university students worldwide.
This self-care workshop is designed to inform, empower and protect you from stress, overwhelm, compassion fatigue and burnout.
You and your team will learn to develop and implement a realistic self-care practice to improve all areas of wellbeing. You'll cover sleep, movement, relationships and food.
Through guided activities, you'll leave ready with a tailored self-care plan that fits well with your personality, lifestyle and objectives.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect, learn and educate. If you're looking for self-care activities or virtual activities for teams, it's a great opportunity for you.
