What you'll do
Want to bring a handmade look to your Easter gifts and decorations this year? Come along to this fun needle felting workshop where you'll learn to make a display, ornaments or magnets showing an adorable hen and all her chicks.
Hosted by a local creative, you'll enjoy some expert demonstrations showing how you can turn wool into these marvellously tactile creations. Your tutor will explain all the techniques and tools you'll be using, before it'll be your turn to give it a go. You'll be guided step by step through the process as you
manipulate the wool to create a finished piece you can display in your home with pride.
Don't worry if you get stuck with anything, as your friendly teacher will be on hand to give you a helping hand whenever you need it. Whether you're coming along solo or bringing a few pals, you'll love working with your hands as you learning this fun, satisfying hobby.

Your teacher
Nestled in Somerset, England - at the centre of the Levels - lies Langport along the River Parrett. Halfway up the High Street you will find us, Goodswen & Belle.
We began as a small felting studio working from a village a few miles away, then after a few years, we took the jump to open our own studio, gallery and shop.
Our wish is to provide an outlet for local artists and creative people which is why we have an eclectic selection from soft furnishings to children's books as well as having the open felting studio where I work so customers can see the process, ask questions and maybe even be inspired to have a go at a workshop either in the shop or online.
